not longer than a day
There are enzimes in a baby's saliva that will break down the food and encourage bacterial growth very quickly. If you used the baby's spoon in the bottle you shouldn't use the leftovers at all.
If however you used a clean spoon to spoon the food out of the baby food bottle into another container and then sealed the baby food bottle and put it away right away, it will be good for a day or 2 at the most.
I wouldn't use it after that.

Once the jar is opened, you have about 2-3 days to use the remainder. As long as you don't feed your baby straight from the jar. If you do, you must throw the jar out once baby is done eating.

You can keep it up to three days-- provided that you didn't feed the baby directly from the jar. Transfer the food into another container and feed him from that, using another clean spoon to dip out more if you need it. Throw away any leftover food that the baby has had direct contact with.

Basically, if it's "clean" (baby hasn't touched it), it's safe for up to three days. If not, toss it out.

as long because it has no longer been contaminated with saliva, maximum are 2-3 days. in view that maximum specify 2-3 days and not 3 days, i might say 2 days could be positive for many. be confident to refrigerate suitable away after eating and refrigerator is on the suitable temp.

I would not want to leave it more then one day. I mean it could last a couple of days if you put it in right away after opening. But Be very carefull that is your baby. I would not use it my self it was not used with in the next day.
