There was a commercial that I only saw one time about 7 years ago...
4 friends are in a diner looking at their menus and they all complain about a really funky smell. The waitress comes, takes their orders and their menus. Then she lifts her arm and the camera does a close up on her disgusting hairy armpit and she puts the menus under her arm and walks away.
Dont remember what the commercial was for, it wasnt for anything obvious like deodorant but EWW!

Those Carls Jr. commercials make me want to puke. Every ones always dripping food down their face and talking with their mouths open, eatin' burgers n' sh*t in a laundromat...Disgusting
I agree about the Lamisil commercial.
Oh what about that Dominos commercial where they introduced "Fudge'ems"
