Just because he gave you a valentine doesn't mean you have to like him back. What are your feelings for him?

Well...you're the only one that knows the answer. Think about not only his looks but what he is inside (like what he's interested in,hobbies,etc.) and see for sure if he's the one! Him bringing you a valentine means that he really likes you and wants to let you know!Think about it...Your Welcome

There's nothing that says you have to like him. You could always just be friends with him, but, if you don't like him be honest with him.
