when i use my home web-cam are the images stored on my PC?

A online friend's wife hacked into their home pc to see what her husband was doing with the webcam. Is it possible to do this?

you have to set it up to do that. Trust me if you didn't set it up no worries man.

I believe you can see temporary data saved on the computer but I'm not sure the video from the web-cam is saved the same way ...
