What is this 1990's tv show? Genius is raised by a think tank and escapes to find his mom or something.?

Each episode he would take on a new persona in a new profession to help someone. He could do anything from surgeon, lawyer, cop, drug dealer, etc.

The Pretender starring Michael T. Weiss. He was raised by a secret agency called The Centre. It was a strangely addictive show, despite the often cheesiness.

Can't remember the name of the show, but the character's name was Jason. Outsider? something like that.
