how did she loose a lot of weight? i didn't watch the episode.. does anybody watched the episode of the insider featuring the big weight loss of JEssica?

They said she lost the weight by checking into a Children's Hospital in Tennesee and they had her work out and was on a strict diet. However, her legs are bowlegged because of the weight gain. Jessica is only 9 years old and has to walk with a walker.
