Yes and No.
The need for sex, the desire, and the sexual response are all instinctive and we are born with it.
However where to insert plug A into hole B has to be learned. Also males need to learn that it takes longer to bring a woman to sexual climax so foreplay is a must. Another thing that has to be learned is how to attract a potential sex partner and how to ask them for sex without getting slapped in the face. A lot of this is done by trial and error, but a good deal of it is learned in the “locker room.”

What do you mean? Some things are learned, some are instinctive. Sexual urges obviously are biological not learned. On the other hand, I saw a documentary about a group of people (an Indian tribe?) where on one day of every year the women have sex with other men in the village. Why, I can't recall. It was tradition and the way things were expected to be. It was not considered sick or perverted at all there. Oddly, though, the husbands sometimes got jealous.

I just got an email yesterday which included a picture. You are asked what you see when you look at the picture. An adult who knows about sex instantly see's a man and a women, nude and in a sexual position. When a child sees the picturfe, he sees a whole bunch of dolphins. I had to stare at the picture for quite a while to see the dolphins and a child can't see the nude couple in the picture as he has never experienced sex. So, although the instict to have sex is something we are born with, a lot of the details have to be learnt.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Roo

I'd say discovered rather than learned. Detailed instructions from parents not the most comfortable 5 minutes someone will have and behind the bike sheds at school might want for accuracy. 30 years ago the cinema was the best place for such voyages.

I read in many child development books, that human is a sexual being, so it's innet. As soon as they start talking they know the difference between a boy and a girl.

No, I think it's nature rather than nurture. People are born with instincts - whether the "fight or flight" instinct, to hunt, to eat, to drink, or any other instinct. Sexual behaviour is instinctive to all creatures. I think you can learn how to improve your technique, but the knowledge of how to perform the act of intercourse is within all of us.

But no, it's instinctual. In fact, even animals do it without use of the media, or people telling them what's right, what's wrong, and when to shut up. It's definitely a trait that all beings share, so embrace it!

No, I don't think so. I think we are all born as gay or straight. It's all to do with your personality. I know alot of people who are very different than their family. If it was going to be passed on to somebody, most likely it would be your family teaching you how to behave. So no, it's all down to how you are born.
