Im unlucky!!??!!?? What can I do?!?!?
Well, I kept hurting myself... but not on purpose! I jammed my thumb while cleaning up, I injured my knee during gym, I hurt my ankle*, While getting a shot the nurse jammed a needle in my arm, I hurt my toes because I dropped a PAM greasing pan thing on my toe,....

*means ill bet back 2 it

What can I do to not get hurt anymore?

I hurt my ankle jumping off a swing. I never went to the doctor because... because.... we were in a different country on vacation. It hurt for like 1 year. Now whenever I hurt it alittle it hurts for like 2 days. But ill go to the doctor as soon as I hurt it again. Now it doesn't work...

Why do I keep hurting myself?

What can I do 2 stop myself?

Sound like you have a problem with proprioception- this is a sense of where your body is in relation to the world around you. Somehow your signals are being crossed and keep injuring yourself.
Go to your doctor and ask him to count up all the injuries you've been treated for in the past few years. (Bring a list of all the injurioes you haven't been treated for and the dates!)
Then ask for a neurological evaluation.

You can try yoga- it has some benefit in retraining proprioception.

face it, you are a clutz. just try to be more careful. it is all you can do, oh, and slow down.
i have walked into the corner of a wall (leaving a big line of a bruise in the middle of my forehead). hit my head on the kitchen counter (hard--left a big, blue egg on my forehead) while bending down to pick up something, broken my pinky toes 4-5 times. always stubbing my toes and finding bruises and have forgotten what i did, because it happens so often.
good luck finding a "cure", but if you do, let me know...

I'm accident-prone too, so I know how you feel. I find that I usually hurt myself when I'm distracted. My mind is always going, and I often have multiple things going on at once which prevents me from paying close attention to whatever I'm doing.

Try to maintain focus on whatever you're doing, and you're less likely to get injured. There are even techniques and vitamins to help with this.
