The answer is YES. If you want to start at Cerritos with a clean slate then you can enroll as a freshman and start all over again. Havin said that, if you already have credits from LBCC then why repeat those classes and pay all that money?

I'm guessing that you didn't really like your scores and want to start over again. There might be an answer for you that may help you to transfer some of the credits without having the GPA impact that less-than-stellar grades at LBCC would give you. I would try "credit only" transfers. This gives you credit for classes that you passed "C" and above (sometimes "B" and above depending on the school). It only gives you pass/fail so your GPA history starts all over again.

You don't have to transfer all your units. You can start over. However, if you transfer to a 4 yr and they ask you to list all the schools you went to and you don't list the LBCC one, you'd be lying and if they found out, that's grounds to kick you out.

But the colleges don't have some centralized records system.
