Also, any sites that might have free web page layout or designs that I can use for free. I've been using yahoo geocities, but I want something better. But if I have to use that still then I at least want a new layout. I use to use a site a long time ago but I lose it and I have no idea what it was called. Any ideas for making a web page for free would be of great help.

IT MUST BE FREE...not free for 30 days...I need it to be 100% free.

I will give 10 points to the person that gives me the best info and I will give the points in 4 hours (I have to wait at least 4 hours).

There are several good solutions. If you're set on using an online website creation program, I would suggest Google Page Creator ( http://pages.google.com ). Another free one (which I like much less) is http://members.freewebs.com/ .

Google Page Creator supports multiple pages and linking between pages. It is also completely free. Since Google now lets anyone sign up for an account, signing up shouldn't be a problem. You can go here to sign up for a Google account, and use that to log in to Google page creator: https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount

Also, there are now many "blogging" services which allow you to create multiple pages and treat your blog as an actual website. Wordpress ( http://www.wordrpess.com ), for example, has a great selection of templates and allows you to easily create pages with images and videos and everything.

A good list of other free web hosting services may be found here:

UPDATE:
I'm pretty sure this answers your question. If you are unsatisfied with my answer (it appears you've extended the deadline or something), please post additional details.

This isn't the answer you're looking for... but no one is going to consider you a serious business if you're on a free host. You will need a solution that gives you your own domain name. Especially if you eventually want to have a decent rank with the search engines. If I found a commercial site on a free host, my first impression would be...

What kind of business cannot afford a $4 per month overhead?

I don't think you are going to be able to find everything for free. The internet is mostly a business (just like yours) and most people want to make a little money for their work (just like you). You may not like godaddy because of their ads, but it is probably the cheapest host around.
