In my opinion the cartoons that Nickelodeon and Disney are coming out with today, leave a lot to be desired. Who in the heck comes up with some of these ideas.
I want to know what was your favorite cartoon as a child, and your favorite cartoon that comes on now. No adult swim cartoons or anime. I want real oldies cartoons; tell your true age. Here are two examples:

I agree. Some of these cartoons are so dull and the shows my little sister watches are even worse. They have the laugh-track every other 10 seconds. I like the old-school cartoons such as Bugs Bunny, Porky Pig, Merry Melodies, and the likes. I also like those weird shows like Invader Zim. And I'm 16. I also like Spongebob. Patrick is hilarious. Some of those animes on Adult Swim suck. I like the older Adult Swim animes.

Now I watch what my kids watch:

I grew up with Bugs Bunny and Tom & Jerry. My all time is still Tom & Jerry. But not the ones from the 70's. Those are gawd awful.
My GF likes Hong Kong Fuey and Scooby Doo.
But I still love her.
