Eat foods that are high in fiber and make sure that you are drinking plenty of water to help with the digestion and transfer for fluid from the body to the large intestine. Prine juice wrks well as it has a sugar that is not readily digestible and promotes evacuation. Don't forget about getting some exercise tpo promote gastric motility.

Drinking a lot of water helps, even if you need to get #2 out. If so, make a mix of warm water and table salt, but epsom salt is best. There should be instructions on the label about that.

Good luck! I also heard cigarettes work, but if you want to lead a healthy lifestyle, don't do it. If you are already a smoker, try 1 cigarette, then quit :).

One pound of ground beef, one onion, one green pepper.
Chop veggies fine and saute in olive oil until soft. Add the beef, stir til mostly brown, drain any fat. Add 1.5 cups cold water, three teaspoons 90 hot chili powder, 1 tablespon cumin, three tablespoons chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, pinch of salt. Stir well and cool over high heat until most of the liquid is reduced. Add 1 can tomato paste, one 16 oz can diced tomatoes, 1 large or two small cans of dark red pinto beans. Stir well, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Serve over a cup of cooked brown rice and top with grated pepperjack, cheddar, or monterey jack cheese.
I guarantee this will unclog any colon.

Half a dozen of those little yellow chili peppers should solve the problem by the next morning. Ten or so will have you all cleaned out in 6 hours.

You shouldn't need a laxative if you stay well hydrated (about a gallon of water/day) and eat plenty of foods high in fiber. If you do get clogged up, try drinking 16 ounces of apple juice or prune juice. Make sure you get plenty of exercise, too.
