My Brother told me this story with as serious a look in his face as you can ever imagine.
He dreamt that my great grandfather brought him up to this beautiful place and showed him how nice it was there. He then told him in his italian accent "youa goa home now a stevie youa cant a come with me"
He lived with my grandparents just above us in Brooklyn NY, when we woke in the morning we found that as we slept he had passed away during the evening.
True story no crap!

From a religious point of view:
For the unbeliever, the greatest unknown is the love of God.
For the believer, eternal life is the greatest unknown. The Bible says that our minds cannot comprehend the goodness that God has in store for us. Eternal life says the truth does not end with death. Eternal Life says that we are only at the beginning of truth. Being present with God, what truths will be revealed? Having the vast treasures of a new heavens, what lies before us in exploration of the new universe?

I personally don't seek for truth, but for knowledge to the unknown, the knowledge I obtain is not necesarily truth, to me, It is just a adknowledgement of someone else's truth, which I choose to think as truth.
I can only assume what I beleive is truth til I am dead, Since I don't have the knowledge or any positive proof til then, I cannot give you a answer based on my knowledge or on my experience, because I am not yet dead.
Beyond death is eternity, so that to me is the greatest unknown.

What's so unknown about death?
You die, cease to exist, while everything else keeps going on.
The death is the only thing that's true and cannot be altered.
