This is a common problem, caused by the digital music providers.Your files are in copyright protected wma format, which is microsoft's drm, or digital rights management.Apple uses w4m, w4a, aac, and w4b formats to do the same thing.Google recode audio format, you should be able to find a program to convert the files into mp3 format, which you can play on any device. The best idea is to always download to mp3 format, this way you can do what you like with the music you pay for, rather than being stuck with a file that only works on the devices that apple, or microsoft, make a buck off of.

You need to convert the WMA track to another format, such as MP3 or ATRAC (if the PSP supports that, I assume it would since it's Sony's format).
Since it's copyright protected, you'll probably have to just burn it to a CD and then rip it again to MP3... that's what I did in iTunes... But I'm not sure if that trick will work with WMA or not.
