since monday i have had a tightness around my chest and around my stomach muscle. Sometimes they feel so tight that i think they my have gone into spasm. This is very worrying to me. i haven't been able to sleep or go to work. My GP reckons that this is being caused by my shoulder (i have had trouble with this for along time). Any way she was no use. i am in the process of buy my flat but i've been having trouble seeing this through and i'm worried the deal might not go through. i'm having other things as well. i have been thinking about these things alot recently but i didn't feel that stressed about it all. since monday i have been suffering with the tightness on my chest etc..could this be anxiety and if so do the symtoms usually last this long?
