ive never met a rude hungarian, czech, canadian, dutch, brazilan,latvian, but i have met some very rude americains, and germans and even english, chinease can be quite rude too. in my opinion no matter where you go you get both.
have been to the states allot and have found some of the nicest and rudest people i have ever met there, but the worst nastiest people i have ever had the miss fortune to meet were the female romainians, i hope it was just a major culture difference but they seemed to have a very warped view on things ( and before anyone gets upset i have a very nice romanian coupl i consider good friends)
The nicest kindest person i know is my austrailian friend, she is a star she had to go home and i miss her terribly :(

Indonesians! They are definitely the nicest people and I have travelled and worked all over the globe! however, as a friend of mine who was in the Australian military pointed out, they can be real c##ts if they're holding the machetes and you are in a weaker position than them (see East Timor, Borneo, Aceh, Sulawesi, or the Malukas) I still love it there though!!

In the world...umm..the Philippines. Yep I know a few and they are really friendly and quiet. One of my friends is and she is so sweet, she's adorable. I have never had a bad experience with a Filipino. I'd say probably Hawaiians too.

Canada. I visited a few years ago, and have never met a more polite nation. The cities are clean, too.
