I need the name of a few little towns in the u.s. that are always cold, rainy, and snows. If possible they need to have a forest or other than that be near the sea...

I can't think of very many extremely small towns. There are a bunch of small towns in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan with the type of area you're talking about. You could live somewhere off the coast of the Great Lakes.
These are the best ones I can think of;
Erie, PA
Berkley Springs, WV
Oshkosh, Wis.
Internat'l Falls, Minn.
Split Rock, Minn.

cold, rainy, and snow....try Alaska.....

the north west coast line gets a lot of rain ,cold and snow..but not year round......
