It is being implemented for the first-time ever, this year, in which it starts earlier (in March) rather than in April and it ends later (in November) than in October. What do you think of this change?

We did something similar to this in the seventies when we had the energy crisis. We just wound up using more electricity in the morning because it was so darned dark. Everything in life is a trade off, but only time will tell if it helps this time.

well i never know its dailylight savings anyway so it wont bother me 2 much
