You can't MEASURE temperature of anything without a thermometer. You can get a good idea if a child has a fever by feeling their forehead. If in doubt call the doctor and ask. They will want to know the child's temperature. Thermometers run about $5 and can be found almost everywhere.

i use either the inside of my wrist or my lips on their forehead.
Try to keep it down by alternating acetaminophen with
ibuprofen at each dose.
Take a cool bath
offer lots of fluids
i would call your doctor or an ask a nurse to be sure on the temperature.
I believe it is 103 and the medicine is not bring it down.
and they are not able to keep fluids down.
You may want to get some electrolytes for your little one to help keep your little one hydrated.
Blessings!

You need a thermometer. If it goes above 104, call your doctor. Go to the store and buy a thermometer. Every parent should have one.

As for the first part of your question...you can't. You need some sort of instrument (in this case a thermometer of some sort) to measure the temperature of your child. As for the second part of your question....Huh???
