The first time I used a tampon I was 11 but that was also when I started my period so I starting using tampons when I got my 2nd period because I hated pads and I still do!

I tried them at 12. But the first time you use them they might hurt. If you dont know how to put them on then look on google bc it is kinda gross. For ur first tampon i suggest Tampax bc i use it and it works the best. If u r nervous about using one then go to the obgyn or gynecologist and he/she will give u tips and recommendations

I was about 20 when I started to use tampons. I no longer use them b/c of some health issues I have. I went back to using pads.
