Yes I believe it will work, BUT, be careful and don't do it too hard or you can damage the erectile tissue, if you notice a problem starting stop doing it and take a break for awhile. You are also correct in thinking that it will take awhile, probably a long while, which is why most people give up. I have a book by Gary Griffin, about enlarging techniques. He claims that with jelqing and pumping a guy could probably gain an inch after a couple years. Which is far less than the wild three inch claims of some products.

Only if you are using proper Arab jelqing techniques. See the site below for some good examples. Other techniques are useless and will not make your penis any bigger.

I don't think it will increase the size of your penis but your arms will definately grow stronger! The size of your penis is decided by your genes so there;s not much you can do to alter that, be happy with what you have, penis size isn't important anyway, You'd be better off to spend your time learning how to use what you have got .

In any event, the answer is no. Nothing short of surgery can increase the size of a full-grown male's penis.
