Yes -- to some people. As with any alternative treatment, it doesn't work for everyone. Magnets and copper work for a little less than half the folks who try them, from what I've heard and read. I am one of those for whom they do work, however. I've had good results with plain copper (I had no idea it was supposed to do anything; I bought it because it was pretty but then noticed my wrist didn't hurt and asked someone about it.) I've also had good results with plain magnets. I've never tried the two together, though.

In order to get any relief or help you would have to have a lot stronger magnet than you will find on commercial bracelets. It is true that a small amount of copper will be absorbed but not enough to make a difference. So don't waste your money on these bracelets.

Yes Indeed they will bring pain relief. This is why: You are sooo busy staring at your green wrist from the copper and looking at the invoice for the bracelet and how you paid a ton for this thing you will for a moment forget all about your pain.

YES, YES AND YES they will give you relief from pain as well as reduce any swelling and boost you strength levels. So go for it.
