i want to model or act and wanted to know if i am "qualified" for either. i am 13 yrs old, 5'6'' im a size 0 in pants- waist size -29" um.. i think thats all i need to put but if you need more info tell me. thanks so much!!

Actors and models communities you may find in jurgita.com so visit that website. read some articles about modeling and maybe you will also find some about acting. also make some posts in forum. when you create a portfolio (its free) contact some agencies and scouts which are from your local area and see if you are "qualified" :)

nowadays there aren't "strict" rules as for what a model face should look like, but you do need great skin, no blemishes, great teeth and eyes. You do need to have a personality that's going to stad out from the crows and you need to be loved by the camera, which means you must good look in pictures. You also need to have a face that can adapt to whatever the customer's needs are. About your height, when doing runway, you must be at least 5'7" and there are only a few exceptions, and you do need really long legs, which is difficult to find.
You can start by looking for a reputable modeling agency, they can help you and tell you (since you are really youngright now) more accurately if you are model material. Good luck!

It helps if you live in the Los Angeles or New York area. You need to have someone take some snap shots of you face and full body and send them to legitimate agents. Your parents can help you with all of this. They need models of all shapes and sizes but it helps if you are the perfect size whatever it may be. In other words they don't have to make any adjustments to the clothes, they fit you perfectly. Just make sure that you don't pay for anything except for pictures, there are a lot of scam artists out there. Good luck.

Acting - as long as you can act, you'll be fine. Modelling tends to have some requirements (besides some form of beauty) like waist and height etc. but you can still model even if you are not tall (Commercial Modelling).

I model, and I think your stats are pretty good for 13 years old. The best way to get started is to get a portfolio together (shoot with some good photographers) then submit your portfolio to some major agencies, like Ford, Elite, and Click, and Next.
