how can i defeat TOKAI in the red steal game?its the man with no shirt on.i parry,but he kills me?

he has 2 bars of health,i can rid of one bar but then i have to do him again&by this time he kills me,i can sort of block his sword,but how can i defeat him??????

You cant do anything to him until he does a power strike, which is
roughly every fourth swing. Dodge, then use a large combo on him.
