all the websites are great.. but ask your OB if you can use a birthing chair. Have used the stirups and the chair....
I'll never go back.. the chair is it for me.
It keeps your spine straight.. the baby has a straight shot, lol.. and you don't have to push up and over your tailbone. They have used birthing chairs for centuries in asia.

your best bet is to talk to your ob and the hospital some hospitals dont allow some things find out what they allow and go from there
