i believe it was at a premiere in london. katie holmes wore a floral turqoise halter with jeans and red shoes. it was a couple of years ago. does anyone know who made this halter? thanks!

I know exactly which top you are talking about, they have it in a small boutique of the stars, they wear once and they sell them. its down the street from on Wilsher and melrose. i gave the of the store call info see if they still have it.
