i need help finding an older movie on child abuse?

it is a true story about a woman who abuses her daughter by doing such things as forcing water into the child's bladder then refusing to let her urinate. can anyone help me...i tried a search engine...no luck! thanks!

It wasn't a movie, it was a television mini series by the name of Sybil starring Sally Field and Joanne Woodward based on the book by the same name.

It's available on DVD
