i read lots of questions and the solution is exercise but with push up it would make the muscle tight and my breast will look big. they already are very large and soggy.. can sumone explain me the best way to do exercise in detail???/ type of exercise, the steps of doing it, duration and times a week..also if there are pics that demonstrates it .. i would really appreciate it... how long does it take to make it firm???

put ice pack on them !! SERIOUSLY !! once or twice a day !
and push the palm of ur hands together while holding ur elbows up @ try it without a bra on once so u can c if ur boobs r moving! if they r ur doin it rite !!!
another one is to lift LIGHT weights from ur sides (in both hands) all the way up to ur head! do it 2-3 times a day.. the more u do it the quicker it works !!! but its boring !!

Try using a smaller size bra.
