Went to Autozone and had the service engine light checked out, and they told me both need to be replaced. Should I get this done at the dealership? Or would any certified mechanic be able to do this job? Thanks for all your help

Don't know where Raul get's his pricing from. I need to find his shop.

O2 sensors are not cheap. They typically run $80 for a generic O2 sensor and $150-$200 for an OEM one. (This the the price for each sensor, and most cars since 2000 have 2 O2 sensors) My advice is to spend the extra money as the generics have a high failure rate (from my personal experience)

Most Catalytic converters aren't cheap either. They run $250-$300 typically.

Time to install it all should be between 1-2hr of labor.

Personally i would go w/the o2 sensor first(cheaper) by replacing this first it could eliminate the reading on emissions.
Does your exhaust smell like rotten eggs? do u have sufficient power?
rule out sensor first , u can replace this yourself very easily.
