You're a gift person, she's not.

What's her love language--find out. Talk to her. Ask her the BEST way for you to show your love.

I'm a gift person, and my husband is a service person. That means that he shows his love best by doing the dishes or mowing the lawn, things I hate doing.

You're like me. You put your all into giving gifts, but she isn't a gift person.

Talk to her. The best way to get things accomplished is to just TALK TO HER.

I would have loved that soooooo much...... I would have given you a card with more than that on it AND a lil something else too. That was sweet of you and I say good for you..... She shouldnt take you for granted... I would have gladly switched places with her as my bf slept all day and didnt give me a damn thing.

You might be right. I think we women are a little complacent when it comes to things like that - we expect the men to do all the romancing, but don't bother ourselves.

Mind you, I got nothing from my hubby and he fell asleep all evening! Think you've got problems?

It shud be the thought that counts, besides she might be planning a little sum sum special as a surprise.

P.S. Don't let her see ur post. She'll flip!
