Flattering dress?

I need a flattering dress for an adult gathering...
I'm hourglass-shaped but a little chubby (I'm 5 foot 3 and about 130 lbs)...
Hopefully something that doesn't make your boobs look small (no plunging necklines) because I'm only a big A or a small B cup...
I have dark brown wavy hair and fair complexion, if that matters...
I'm awful with fashion... Any ideas on where to shop? THANKS

Nordstroms is always a good place to look. Also try Windsor, Macy's or Bloomindales
