Should Whites retake South Africa?

The ANC has been an utter disaster for South Africa. All you hear about there is how the entire country is failing under black rule.

Should the ANC just admit they are incompetent to rule, and, with the proviso that Apartheid not be reimplemented, let the white minority take control of the country so it can be prosperous again?

It's hilarious that foreigners can bash a white America without being called racist.

What about Mexico? If we ceded California and Texas back to them, how long do you think it would take until these places degenerated back to the level of the rest of Mexico? Corruption is ingrained in Mexico to a point Americans can't even fathom.

Mordent, you didn't pay attention to the question. I specifically said the conditions would be witout reversion to Apartheid. South Africa was very prosperous before the ANC, you can't argue that the ANC inherited huge problems. The ANC, in effect, took a mansion, and turned it into a flop house.

I invite everyone to read this, and post follow up remarks. (By the way, I just posted this question to encourage independent thought through gentle provocation. I have no racist leanings)

What for ? It's pretty much a shithole now isn't it? Or at least not far from it. Even if they did take it over and rebuilt it to it's former glory the ANC or some group like it would just destroy it all over again. What country in Africa where Europeans have given up and left has not reverted to savagery with increasing destruction, murder, rape ,disease, crime and starvation?

The ANC have inherited the problems that the apartheid reigime created. South Africa may be a pretty dire place - but it is still the most prosperous country in Africa, and a fine model of how African countries should work to overcome the shambles that Imperialist governments left them in - provided they learn from South Africa's mistakes. The ANC are not without their problems, mostly the fact that they ignore issues until they cannot any longer, but just because they're not perfect it doesn't mean you have to destroy the system.

Even if you must get rid of the ANC reverting to a white apartheid government would be unbelievably disastrous for South Africa. Just about every country would withdraw all investors, South Africa would be exiled once again, trade ties would be severed - in short it would become a third world second-rate failed state.

Yes. It's a terrible thing to say, but whites are more educated and equipped to run a country (NATURALLY.) I'm not racist, but whites in South Africa have a culture similar to the European ones, which are far more advanced that the traditional tribal culture of most blacks in South Africa. That's why whites from the beginning have been wealthier and yes, unfortunately, South Africa was better off under apartheid. I'm NOT saying non-whites should be stripped of their power, but South Africa is headed in Zimbabwe's direction. Under white Rhodesia, the nation produced most of Africa's food supply, and now it's good for nothing. The white farmers left with their knowledge of growing crops. The whites are being driven out of SA with their knowledge of how to run a COUNTRY well. Whites should re-take the country, and get it off the track it's on. Blacks should be allowed to have rights, sure, but South Africa was a lot off under white rule...
