I need to loose some weight. I've tried too much and nothing works. I'm not going to take any pills either. but I need to loose a lot of weight. I need to know some things that you would recommend.

Change your eating habits. Its o.k. to eat when hungry of course but its more of what you eat. You can eat as much as you want as long as its healthy and you get good exercise. I would say at least 3 times a week you should do some sort of physical exercise whether its walking, jogging, aerobics..whatever. As far as foods, eat lots of fruits, add more veggies, and get in the habit of drinking water..cut off those candy bars, sodas..you can reward yourself every one and then :0. Dont eat late at night, the food will just sit and turn into fat. You burn most of your energy during the day so you can eat a little more. You do those things and it will surely help you drop some pounds. Stay encouraged!

your weight is determined by calorie intake and how much of those calories you burn up don't let people trick you into thinking "if I stop eating carbs I'll lose weight" that simply isn't true and unhealthy, your body needs those carbs (that's where you get energy) eat healthy balanced meals (try to keep away from fast food and frozen dinners) excorsize regularly to burn off the calories you have taken in (when doing crunches 1 equals about half a calorie burnt, ddr has a workout mode that counts the calories you've used up, I recomend that for a fun workout

Excercise. Improve your diet. Eliminate FAST FOOD from your menu. Eat less fried food more baked. Drink water and GREEN TEA every day. Make sure your intake of carbs is not too high thus it should be less white bread and potatoes in your daily meals. Try to stay away from pork. Eat grain cereals such as MUSLIX or any of those that contain oats, nuts... and keep drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Yeah...the simplest equation is burn more calories per day than you eat per day... a difference of ten calories will burn one gram of fat so just to burn 100 grams of fat you need a deficit of 1000 calories...... and remember the body can adopt after few days ... but simplest exercise is jogging and jogging can make you fit within few months... have you ever seen Marathon runners.. So keep running...
eat proteins, and vegetables, no fats.. and 20 % carbohydrates in your daily diet. and multiply your weight in kg with 20 and you will get the maximum no of calories you can eat in 24 hours.
Don't give up...rather you have to double your efforts and some of the medications like silibutramine has FDA approval. but do consult your dietitian before starting these medications.

Eat more vegetables and fruits, lean meats and no fast food. Limit your sugar intake and drink lots of water at least 8 glass a day. And excersize it doesn't matter what you do for that really as ong as you take it slow and work your way up.. you burn more calories doing something for a long time rather than over exerting yourself for a short time.

Ask your doctor he or she will set you up on a diet that will work
for you!follow the recommendations and you will lose the weight you need to lose. I went from 650lbs to 330lbs.in about six years.
it was a long road for me and i still have to lose 100lbs more before I get the heart surgery I need.

Definitely cut out your carbs. Try looking into the south beach diet. I know tons of people who have successfully lost weight this way.

cut the carbs! if u really wanna loose weight get on atkins (www.atkins.com) and stick to it, u start loosing from the first week, n u never feel hunger !! its really good !!

The best way is still to cut back on your eating and eating low fat, low sugar foods, and eat more fiber. Plus you must exercise more than you are now in order to burn calories.
