Does my wireless router interfere with my wireless playstation controlers?

It could. They both use 2.4ghz.

Change the channel in your router. It's probably on 6; make it 11 and see if that helps.

no it doesn't the router connects to your playstation and so do the controllers but they do not interfere. good luck!!!!!
