Many men continue growing until age 19 or 20. I didn't reach my current height--6-foot-5--til my 19th birthday. I was 6-foot-1 at 15 and obviously kept growing. You're already a good-sized guy, so if you don't grow any more, you certainly shouldn't sweat it (except insofar as it derails your dreams of being the next Shaq or Yao Ming).

6' 4"! How tall do you want to be? You are way above average height, especially at your age. If you have a full beard growth, pubes are grown in and trailing up your abs, you may be done growing, though most males won't be completely done til about 16 or so.
