Cynical. Life circumstance made me this way.

Gullible. My mom's overprotective.
Too cynical at times,my dad used to be in a gang.
I'm one messed up kid.

Not good. It certainly is a bit much. He's got that, "don't leave me" syndrome. Ask him RIGHT NOW before you move in together if he will continue this obsessive, possesive behavior once you move in. Even if you get married, you will need to remain your own person and maintain your own identity or else you will go nuts. As much as you love him he must respect you and your character. He is already acting like he can't trust you. Is this what you want? I'm beginning to think he's hiding something. Ask him, how would he feel if you were up his *** all day long. It works both ways. If he feels that you are comfortable with his ways, he will continue. You are going to resent being with him and his childish, insecure ways if you don't lay down the law now and tell him to back off. Take care.

No, neither, I consider myself streetwise, so definitely not gullible, but still optimistic and open minded, so not cynical either.
