The song is called "Big Pimpin" and the arabic beats are from the song "Khosara" by Abdel Halim Hafez, a Middle Eastern legend (actor and singer).

However, Jay-Z never gave credit for the beats.

EDIT: I forgot about that Indian song...so you could be referring to the song that someone above mentioned.

I think you are talking about Punjabi MC with the song that had the knight rider beat to it and jay z in the back? I don't know the name of the song though.
