If she purchases the higher quality pasties they now come with self adhesive double sided tape.
Its latex free so it shouldn't irritate her nipples.
If that still doesn't help I would suggest she start dancing at a completely topless club.
I did and really enjoy not having to deal with removing those pasteys every night.
Tips seem to be better as well.

Well dude, seriously, probably the best glue that actually comes off, would probably be Elmer's Glue.
