Cuba poses no threat to USA.
The only way you would attract attention of the CIA would be if you, in any way, sympahtize or are helping Fidel Castro's regime.
The question should be... does Fidel Castro have a file on your uncle because his nieces and nephews live in USA? I think the answer to that is yes.
Look at all the people that Fidel killed, put in concentration camps. Look at all the people that Che Guevara tortured for being homosexual or impotent.

No doubt you are mentioned in HIS file, but unless you have been doing some suspect things, I doubt you have a file, yourself -- especially if you are a minor.
