Of course there are bisexual men -- that's a silly thing you are being told. I know many bisexual men. My lover of 15 years is one -- I happen to be gay, if he weren't with me though, he'd be with a woman.

I think that that comes from the fact that a lot of people(especially straight Guys) are far more comfortable with women who've had female partners than with men who have had male partners.
they believe that a guy who's been with a man is truly gay, and any woman he was with was just an attempt to hide his true nature
where as a woman who has experience with women was simply experimenting or it was part of a MFF 3 some which is held as fantasy by straight men, this fantasy ideal would make teh women Bi, but the man jsut as straight or straighter as he was before the 3 sum

It's a media thing.
I have a bi guy friend and he's scared to tell people because no one is used to hearing about a bi guy.

I have no idea where that falsehood started. It could be the pornography industry's doing.
My guess is that there are probably many more bisexual men than there are bisexual women.
