With the modern society being a' Disposable' one, where we even find examples of ditching partners by a mere''Text'' ,has the original meaning of love changed?. Or dont the current generation understand it at all?

I think in today's culture it has been lessened. The term LOVE is used all too freely and less is meant by it when used. I think the understanding of it has been lost along the way and replaced with this looser term, but I don't think the original meaning has changed.

There are still some of us who wait for love, rather than trying to make it something we want it to be, out of what we have now, because we want it now. It can't be forced or faked if it's true. True love is the only kind of love I like to give and receive. Everything else is hollow!

Thank you. I'll step off my soap box now!

meaning of love? i do no longer think of this is replaced in any respect. Love remains a human emotion, staggering? Did adult men evolve from the 1700s to the twenty first century? Nope. I nevertheless have self belief we've a innovations and coronary heart and nevertheless appear like homo sapiens. basically simply by fact the techniques and specific values have replaced would not advise that the meaning and the definition of love has replaced.

What do you mean by disposable? I couldn't just 'dispose' of my husband; he is the world to me. I don't think most people understand what love is. I don't hink the meaning has changed, but because so many seem to believe that it has died people have given up on love. Love hasn't changed, it's just being ignored. We need to bring the love back to make a healthier world.

Love is all that matters.
