If you are really having problems getting into that upper range I would recommend falsetto. It sounds really cool and will allow you to get those higher notes. Otherwise a lot of practice in getting those notes will help. In middle school I was an alto/mezzo soprano. I practiced at high notes by practicing one note higher than I could hit until I got it and so on. Now I am a soprano 1 in New Jersey's High School All-State choir. It's all really just practice

Absolutely it does. I have a friend named Gavin who sings through the rafters. He works on Marines planes, and he shouts all the time. It gave him a new octave.

I am a karaoke host and all the practice at night has raised my voice also. I used to sing just low.

How to raise your vocal range? Perhaps pliers?
