Nope. If you excercise everyday you build up capilaries and other stuff that wont happen if you do them every other day.

You would have better results working them once or no more than twice a week. When you work out everyday you never give your muscles a chance to repair and build. and on the other days when you work out other upper body muscles you biceps get enough of a workout indirectly.

You will get MUCH stronger doing them every other day, or every third day-- because the muscle needs time to re-grow. And sleep a lot, and eat well.

no you may actually harm yourself..those muscles need the rest between sessions...if you feel fatigue or soreness...well thats the muscle telling you that its tired..soreness is actually mini tears in the muscle fiber..and that needs to heal..Hence why you get stronger....so try doing upper body one day and lower body the next...and on the seventh day..you rest....

your body needs a day to rest between working out with weighs. That's why you only work on your upper body one day and your lower body the next

Your muscles will not have time to recover and reach a plateau. Thus, resulting in a lack of improvement.
