Is Va Beach the most boring place in the us?

It is getting there with there language and fashion police. They have started ticketing for cruiseing and it seems like they do there best to make the tourist as uncomfortable as possible I watched it grow from a hot spot in the 70s and 80s to a city in decline. It is sad cause it is a pretty resort

Honestly, I think the town of Boring, Oregon takes the cake. :-)
(It is east of Portland)
