I have black bags under my eyes, and I am really young.
(12-13) I asked my friend, and she said maybe i don`t get enough sleep. I do, but I havta wake up at 6:30 (4 school)
but even when I do get up later, I still have bags. I don`t want to really buy any chemicals, or makeup. Is there any household products (fruits, veggies) that will get rid of `em?

Chilled cucumber slices, chilled spoons (that's right, metal teaspoons, put the "spoon" part over your closed eyelid and sit with it for about twenty minutes), and even chilled teabags, will all work on preventing those black bags.
Also, you may feel like you get enough sleep, but in fact you need more. I am 14, I have to get up at 6:00am for school, and I'm asleep by 10:00pm. I love my sleep :)
Unless I'm really, really tired (or I had a late night), I never get bags under my eyes. I also find drinking lots of water (1.5 litres a day, minimum) really helps. I have pimples and I find keeping my body hydrated from the inside definitely helps. So remember to drink lots of water and eat enough fruit and veg!
If the spoons, sliced cucumber or teabags don't work then you might like to invest in a stick of YELLOWISH concealer (I'm assuming you already have a skin-tone concealer). It sounds weird but that's what those funny yellow things are for - you apply a small amount under the eye, over the black area and then apply a small amout of skin-tone concealer over that. Works like a charm if you know how to apply it properly... though that does only hide the appearance. If you want to know more, Google it.
Good luck :)

You can try applying some cold cucumber slices to your eyes to help reduce the puffiness. You can also apply moisturizer to the skin around your eyes to help reduce the dark circles.
Try to eat a well balanced diet that includes a variety of fresh fruits and veggies, mixed nuts, and fish. A diet that helps your skin in general will also improve the look of the skin around your eyes.
I've had bags under my eyes since I was your age, but I found drinking lots of water over soda and staying away from fast food helped but never got rid of them completely.

I have them too.
Some times it's just your genetics.
Get lots of sleep.
Drink lots of water.
Make sure your diet is right.
There are vitamins for skin. Biotin, B6.
Use a good concealer.
That's about it kiddo. It's not the end of the world.
I am lucky enough to wear glasses. So I have a really cute pair that add to my style and hide my dark eyes really well.
Maybe you could get a pair, if nothing else works.

Drink a lot of water, and stay away from caffeine products like coffee or soda w/caffeine. Try using a concealer under your eyes to soften up the dark circles.

What i do when i have bags is i take two spoons and put them in the freezer for a while. then take them out and place them on to the bags under my eyes. But yours sounds a lot worse then mine so maybe you should see a doctor about it it might be something serious
