That doesn't mean they're rich. Poor people wear black nail polish and have blonde straight hair too. Oh, and why black nail polish, isn't it something a gothic person would wear cause I have never seen blondes with black nail polish before.

hay look if u feel so bad go buy hair dye for 15$ and black nail polish for $3. Not that expensive is it now?

I actually wasn't aware of that. I know someone who is rich, she wears no nail polish at all, and her hair is straight and blond, but it was not dyed or straightened.
