They even had to put different parts together to get the head. The big problem can when Igor dropped it in the trash compactor. It would have taken to much time to make another, so they just used that one.
They originally got all the parts from honest politicians and you know how hard that is.

That man with the biscuit tin strapped on his head for 30 years to protect him from his mother pecking his head. She was finally taken to a bird sanctuary but released into the wild after finally admitting she was a cow and would never do it again ;)

It was made of different corpses stolen from local cemetaries. That's why it seems stitched up. Bits of dead people held togther by the bolts. xxx
