Not sure about websites, but Frostwire is a good program to use to download music.

Websites i don't really know but if you want to use limewire that one works well for me it is a program not a website so i hope thre is not a problem there

In my opion Limewire. It's quick, easy, and hassel free. I love limewire. for a while I used frostwire and it was soooooo slow.
