All my music is in windows media player and i need it in itunes so i can put it on my ipod.thanx

make sure the music is all saved to your computer somewhere, then open itunes and go to file... then click add folder to library... its will ask you to browse, then just click on the folder you saved the music in

Make sure they are .mp3s. iTunes doesn't read .wma files.
If you have .wma, convert them all to mp3, you should probably be able to find programs to do this for you for free, if not just re-encode the CD (sure it's a pain, but converting them would take just about as much time, and re-encoding sometimes will lessen the quality of the music).
