I am 22 , un-expectantly got pregnant, and am keeping my baby. But if you have to ask this question (anyone who would) I reccomend adoption because if there is even a question in your mind of what to do you are not ready to be a parent. adoption can sometimes be as hard as raising a baby, but there are tons of loving people out there who would do anything to have a baby and can't.

If I was single and pregnant, that baby would be up for adoption because that's what's best for the child. Keeping a child because you made a mistake and have to live with what you did is not a reason to keep the baby. They NEED a two parent home not a teenage or early 20s/non-financially stable mother.

What is BEST for the baby is what is important. Not what you THINK is best for you.

Abortion is murder (I won't tell someone they can't have one but I think it's wrong.)

HOWEVER, if I became pregnant NOW, I'd scream!!!! I'm almost 50, married 28 years, have 4 ADULT children and 1 grand-daughter. BTW, it couldn't happen - hint hint!

I would have to do what I thought was best for the baby. At my age I could give it a good home and take care of it. If I were younger I would have to weigh the odds. I think babies deserve a fair chance at a good home life. If I had been under 18 and pregnant I don't think I could have given a child what it needed. Adoption would have been my choice .I am one of those rare people that thinkk kids raising kids isn't a great environment.

I would deffinitly not have an abortion or the morning after pill, those are both just wrong. I'm 14 by the way, and I think it would be my mistake and I would raise him/her. Unless my parents really opposed I would raise it, but if they did I would put him/her up for adoption and make sure it is a very nice family.

Suzie -
I am single and to prevent pregnancy I am celibate (by choice);
however, if I were to mess up and get pregnant I would have
to keep the baby. I dont suggest abortion for anyone unless
they have become pregnant due to some type of abuse.
Only because that is something that stays with you forever
and you never REALLY learn to forgive yourself.

Having kids is tough.......especially when you are single, but
abortion isn't birth control and adoption.......wow......I don't think
I could handle knowing that I had a child out there somewhere.
I would always wonder.......did I make the right decision?...
is he/she okay??.......are they doing good in school???...
You get my drift.

Also for the record I must tell you that I am in my 30's so I have
lived a full life and am READY to be a mother.

Good luck with your decision.

I am 16, and I would keep the baby. It would be my child, and I and the guy would be the ones who would have to take responsibility for our actions. Even if the father didn't stick around, I would keep it. I would step up and do the right thing by giving my child the best life that I could possibly give.

The morning after pill can get rid of a pregnancy. I would not have an abortion .i feel that if u are responsible enough to have sex then u are responsible for the consequences of having sex. If u have made your bed then u better lay in it

I've just turned fifteen, and the only way I'd get pregnant right now would be rape.

I'd say either the morning after pill, or, if necessary, abortion.

i'm very against abortion different than for certian circumstances, getting pregnant from being raped or if the youngster is in danger of loss of life in the womb simply by fact of a few medical reason then i've got self belief this is ok to have an abortion.

first choice would be the morning after pill, then adoption, then abortion, then keeping it. I'm twelve in case it helps. However, I'm completely and utterly abstinent so apart from rape i don't see how i'd get pregnant.
